The bangles come in a standard size which fits the vast majority of our customers and a small size for those with very slim wrists. Both sizes are fully adjustable and can be made smaller by gently squeezing together or bigger by gently pulling them apart. 

• Standard size - for wrists that are larger than 14cm in circumference. This size fits the vast majority of our customers. 

• Small size - for wrists that are 14cm or smaller in circumference. 

All of our jewellery is made from premium grade solid stainless steel which is hypoallergenic, lead-free and tarnish-resistant (please refer to care instructions). They come in two plated finishes: 18K gold and rose gold plating, which will last a long time if taken care of correctly. 

Desert Rose jewellery is premium quality and will last for years if properly taken care of. Like all plated jewellery, care must be taken to avoid contact with all liquids, perfumes, detergents, creams and water.

The best way to look after them is to keep them dry and buff with a soft, dry cloth to clean them if necessary (do not use any cleaning products). Store them in the box when not in use. 

We do not recommend wearing whilst swimming, exercising or other strenuous activity. 

Full care instructions are included with every jewellery piece in the gift box. 

Yes, we can include a handwritten note with your order. Please kindly email us at help@desertroseboutique.uk with your order number and gift message once you have placed your order. We can also remove the packaging slip so the recipient cannot see the purchase price. 

We do not charge for this service.  

Klarna pay later in 3 will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal interest-free payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Desert Rose Boutique and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

Neither Klarna or Desert Rose Boutique run credit searches against you. Klarna may run unrecorded enquiries to determine your viability but these are soft credit searches that do not affect your credit score and are only visible to you and Klarna - not to other lenders.

REFLECT bangles can be purchased as a set of three for a significant discount from the individual prices of the bangles. Please note, the set comes as advertised and the bangles cannot be exchanged for other colour options. 

We also offer varying discounts and promotions on REFLECT jewellery from time to time throughout the year. All available discounts are always clearly advertised on our website.

Email and SMS subscribers also benefit from exclusive offers, rewards and product launches from time to time. We recommend signing up to our email list to benefit from these offers!

We regret we cannot offer any further discounts other than those advertised, and we reserve the right to change any offers on our website if required.

We offer a 30 day, no-risk return for all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price. The jewellery must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.  

Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days. 

Exchanges for a different size are sent out for free (no postage is charged) but you must bear the cost of the return postage back to us.  In the unlikely event that your jewellery is damaged upon arrival, we will pay for the return postage back to us.
