  • Who is Klarna?

    Klarna is a Swedish payment provider that was founded in 2005 and provides payments solutions for  both consumers and retailers. Over 80 million people across the world have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments.

  • Am I eligible?

    Klarna is the payment method for you if:

    • You are at least 18 years old
    • Have a UK bank account
    • Have a UK residential address


  • Is there a minimum purchase amount?

    Klarna is available on all orders which have a value of £35 or over.


    If you choose any item that is less than £35, you will not see Klarna information on the actual product page.  However, if you have a few items in your shopping bag which are collectively £35 or more, you will see Klarna as an option at the checkout. 

  • Will a credit search take place?

    Neither Klarna or Desert Rose Boutique run credit searches against you. 


    Klarna may run unrecorded enquiries to determine your viability but these are soft credit searches that do not affect your credit score and are only visible to you and Klarna - not to other lenders.  

  • How does Pay in 3 work?

    Klarna pay later in 3 will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Desert Rose Boutique and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

  • What happens if I don't pay for my order?

    Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If Klarna is unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date, Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this second payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment.

  • What do I do if I wish to return my order?

    We offer a 30 day, no-risk return for REFLECT jewellery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.  The jewellery must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.  


    Please contact us in the first instance to request a return by emailing help@desertroseboutique.uk stating your order number and the reason for return.


    Once we have received the returned items and are satisfied they are in perfect condition, we will contact Klarna who will process your refund. 


  • How do I check my payments and account balance?

    Please visit www.klarna.com/uk and log in to your account where you will find all of your orders via Klarna and be able to make payments.
