What sizes do the REFLECT bangles and necklaces come in?
The REFLECT bangles come in a standard size which fits the vast majority of our customers and a small size for those with very slim wrists. Both sizes are fully adjustable and can be made smaller by gently squeezing together or bigger by gently pulling them apart.
Standard size - for wrists that are larger than 14cm in circumference. This size fits the vast majority of our customers.
Small size - for wrists that are 14cm or smaller in circumference.
The REFLECT necklaces are available in two lengths - 18 inch chain (with a 2.5 inch extension chain) and 30 inch chain (with a 3.5 inch extension chain).
What is the base metal of REFLECT jewellery?
REFLECT jewellery is made from premium grade solid stainless steel which is hypoallergenic, lead-free and tarnish-resistant (please refer to care instructions). Some pieces are plated with 18K gold and rose gold and will last a long time if taken care of correctly.
How do I care for my REFLECT jewellery? Will the plating discolour or fade over time?
REFLECT jewellery is of premium quality and will last for years if properly taken care of. Like all plated jewellery, care must be taken to avoid contact with all liquids, perfumes, detergents, creams and water.
The best way to look after your jewellery is to keep it dry and buff with a soft, dry cloth to clean them if necessary (do not use any cleaning products).
Store REFLECT bangles in the box when not in use.
To prevent the REFLECT necklace chain from becoming tangled when stored, gently wrap it around the small piece of card that comes with it or hang it on a jewellery stand or hook.
We do not recommend wearing whilst swimming, exercising or other strenuous activity.
Full care instructions are included with every bangle in the gift box.
Does REFLECT jewellery come in its own gift box?
Yes, each REFLECT jewellery piece comes individually gift boxed at standard.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes, we can include a handwritten note with your order. Please kindly email us at help@desertroseboutique.uk with your order number and gift message once you have placed your order. We can also remove the packaging slip so the recipient cannot see the purchase price.
We do not charge for this service.

We offer special discounts and promotions on REFLECT jewellery at certain times throughout the year. All available offers are always clearly advertised on our website.

Do you offer personalised engravings/messages on REFLECT jewellery?
Sorry, we do not offer personalised engravings and REFLECT jewellery is only available as advertised.
However, you could try high street jewellers for this service.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery - £2.95
Next day UK delivery - £7.95
Europe - £9.95

We use Royal Mail as our delivery partner and they are now operating contact-free deliveries so will always maintain a safe distance from you whilst still delivering your parcel securely.
We dispatch via Royal Mail First Class Recorded service which as standard and this service usually takes between 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch. However, due to the effects of Covid-19, deliveries are now taking longer in certain areas.
If you require your order sooner, the safest option is to choose next day delivery which now guarantees delivery by 9pm the next day (instead of 1pm as before). Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Friday. If you place your order after 1pm on a Friday, you will receive it on Tuesday. Items ordered at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day e.g. if an order is placed on a Bank Holiday Monday, it will be dispatched on Tuesday.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed by Royal Mail as we have no control over timescales once a parcel leaves our premises.

We do not have any retail outlets and only trade online.

What is your refund/return/exchange policy?
RETURNS POLICY SUMMARY
We offer a 30 day, no-risk return for REFLECT jewellery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price. The jewellery must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging - checks will be made for any signs of wear.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 10 days following the day we receive your returned product.
Exchanges (for a different size or of the product is faulty) are free i.e. we will not charge postage for sending the item to you (you will need to bear the cost of return postage to us).
FULL RETURNS POLICY:
1.INTRODUCTION
1.1 We hope you are happy with your purchase. However we understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
1.2 We have created this policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
1.3 This policy shall apply to all of our customers, irrespective of their geographical location.
1.4 This policy shall apply to all orders submitted through our website.
1.5 This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).
2.RETURNS
2.1 You are entitled to return a product and receive a refund or exchange in accordance with this policy if you abide by the following terms and conditions.
(a) The item is returned within 30 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you (7 days for Sale or Outlet items)
(b) The returned product is unused, in its original packaging with any labels and tags still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. Refunds will only be authorised after a satisfactory inspection of the items returned;
(c) You agree to bear the cost of return delivery charges, unless the product is faulty, in which case we will refund the cost of delivery. Exchange items will be sent to you at no extra charge;
(d) You comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product.
3.RETURNS PROCEDURE
3.1 In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us at returns@desertroseboutique.uk, stating the reason you wish to return the product and to obtain a return authorisation number. You must then send the product to us with a covering note quoting that number. All returns must be sent to the following address: Desert Rose Boutique, Empress Business Centre, 380 Chester Road, Manchester, M16 9EA.
3.2 Products returned under this policy must be sent by Royal Mail Signed For delivery (or an equivalent service). We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. If you are unable to provide a valid tracking number for lost items, or proof that the item has been received and signed for by Desert Rose Boutique, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.
3.3 You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
4.REFUNDS
4.1 We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.
4.2 Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is faulty or the order is cancelled BEFORE it has been dispatched from our warehouse;
4.3 We will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to us.
4.4 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
4.5 We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 10 days following the day we receive your returned product.
4.6 International customers are advised that Desert Rose Boutique will not refund any charges/tax/duties incurred when returning goods.
5.IMPROPER RETURNS
5.1 If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:
(a) We will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product;
(b) We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c) If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may sell the returned product without any liability to you
