Lovely bangle, sparse packaging

The bangle and necklace were of lovely quality but I was disappointed to receive them in tissue wrap only. I intended to give them as a gift.
Last time I placed an order, each bangle came in it's own box, perfect for gifting.

We’re always striving to enhance our customer experience, and as part of our recent rebrand, we thoughtfully refined our packaging based on valuable customer feedback. Many of our customers shared that they had accumulated multiple jewellery boxes they didn’t need, as they were purchasing for themselves rather than as gifts. With this in mind, we introduced our new luxurious soft-touch pouches, embossed with our logo, as a high-quality, practical, and travel-friendly alternative. Each jewellery piece purchased now comes in its own soft-touch pouch, care card, tissue paper and gold foil sticker as standard, and is beautiful enough to be gifted as is.

This change also aligns with our commitment to sustainability, reducing unnecessary waste while maintaining the same high standards. We completely understand that packaging plays an important role in gifting, which is why we now offer our newly designed luxury jewellery boxes and gift bags as an easy optional upgrade. These are even more elevated and beautiful than before, allowing you to customise your gifting experience to meet your needs.

One thing we are especially proud of is that while we have worked hard to enhance our packaging and overall brand experience, we have ensured that the price of our jewellery has remained unchanged for over five years, despite the increasingly rising costs that affect us from every angle as a small, independent business. In addition to this, we have kept our delivery costs low (despite year-on-year price rises from Royal Mail). We're keen to offer 'affordable luxury' to our customers and believe that with these changes, we can continue to offer our customers the best value without compromise.
