All the jewellery featured in our sample sale may have one or more of the following defects: slight scratches, small dents, marks, some imperfections in the engraving, used for photoshoot purposes only or sample/discontinued pieces.

All items are in a perfectly wearable condition and not broken or severely damaged in any way. You may however choose not to give as a gift.

There are over 50 pieces of jewellery available in the sample sale, and we have provided some photo examples showing the nature of the defects that may be visible. Unfortunately it is not possible to show each piece individually.

All of the jewellery in our sample sale will still be packaged and a care card is also provided. However, the packaging may be our older branding boxes and tissue paper and may show some signs of damage. Please kindly email us at help@desertroseboutique.uk with your order number if you would like to request perfect boxes or our new brand packaging with your order.

Yes, we can include a handwritten note with your order. Please kindly email us at help@desertroseboutique.uk with your order number and gift message once you have placed your order. We can also remove the packaging slip so the recipient cannot see the purchase price.

All of our orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days as standard. Please note that all of the delivery services with the exception of next day delivery are estimated delivery timeframes only and are not guaranteed - it can take up to 10 business days for UK deliveries during busy periods.

If you require your order sooner, the safest option is to choose next day delivery which now guarantees delivery by 1pm the next day. Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday to Friday. If you place your order after 3pm on a Friday, you will receive it on the Monday. Items ordered at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day e.g. if an order is placed on a Bank Holiday Monday, it will be dispatched on Tuesday.

If you place your order on a Friday before 3pm and need it to be delivered on a Saturday, then please choose the next day Saturday guaranteed delivery option.

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed by Royal Mail as we have no control over timescales once a parcel leaves our premises.

***We therefore strongly recommend that if you wish to place orders for Ramadan and Eid gifts (or for a specific date) please ensure that you place them as early as possible so you and your loved ones can receive them in time insha'Allah.***

For international orders, please allow 10-15 working days. We also offer an express, 5-7 day service via DHL if required. Please get in touch with us first by emailing help@desertroseboutique.uk if you require this option.

Our sample sale items are already heavily discounted, therefore further discounts are not available on multiple items

All items in our sample sale are final sale only, therefore refunds and exchanges are not available.

We do not have any retail outlets and only trade online.
