The REFLECT necklaces are made from premium grade solid stainless steel which is hypoallergenic, lead-free and tarnish-resistant (please refer to care instructions). Two of the necklaces are plated with 18K gold and rose gold and will last a long time if taken care of correctly. 

The REFLECT necklaces are premium quality and will last for years if properly taken care of. Like all plated jewellery, care must be taken to avoid contact with all liquids, perfumes, detergents, creams and water.

The best way to look after them is to keep them dry and buff with a soft, dry cloth to clean them if necessary (do not use any cleaning products). 

To prevent the chain from becoming tangled when stored, gently wrap the chain around the small piece of card that comes with it or hang on a jewellery stand or hook.

We do not recommend wearing whilst swimming, exercising or other strenuous activity.

Yes, we can include a handwritten note with your order. Please kindly email us at help@desertroseboutique.uk with your order number and gift message once you have placed your order. We can also remove the packaging slip so the recipient cannot see the purchase price.

We use Royal Mail as our delivery partner and they are now operating contact-free deliveries so will always maintain a safe distance from you whilst still delivering your parcel securely. 

We dispatch via Royal Mail First Class Recorded service which as standard and this service usually takes between 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch. However, due to the effects of Covid-19, deliveries are now taking longer in certain areas. 

If you require your order sooner, the safest option is to choose next day delivery which now guarantees delivery by 9pm the next day (instead of 1pm as before). Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Friday. If you place your order after 1pm on a Friday, you will receive it on Tuesday. Items ordered at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day e.g. if an order is placed on a Bank Holiday Monday, it will be dispatched on Tuesday.

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed by Royal Mail as we have no control over timescales once a parcel leaves our premises.

New Delivery Procedure

• Royal Mail will not be handing over their hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but will instead log the name of the person accepting the item.
• The postman or postwoman will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, s/he will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.

Klarna pay later in 3 will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal interest-free payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Desert Rose Boutique and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

Neither Klarna or Desert Rose Boutique run credit searches against you. Klarna may run unrecorded enquiries to determine your viability but these are soft credit searches that do not affect your credit score and are only visible to you and Klarna - not to other lenders.

We do not have any retail outlets and only trade online.

We offer a 30 day, no-risk return for the REFLECT necklaces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.  The necklace must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.  

Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days. 

Exchanges for a different size are sent out for free (no postage is charged) but you must bear the cost of the return postage back to us.  In the unlikely event that the REFLECT Necklaces are damaged upon arrival, we will pay for the return postage back to us.
