We sincerely pray that all of you are safe and in the best of health and imaan in these truly testing times.


We understand that life has changed in so many ways over the past few weeks and would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for choosing to shop with us! We're a very small, family-run business and your support is greatly appreciated alhamdulillah. 


As we're approaching Ramadan, we've received many messages from customers asking us if we're still taking orders, especially for our REFLECT jewellery collection as this is very popular for gifting.  In order to help clarify our position, we've put together some information below. 



Ordering Online 


The safety of our staff and customers is of paramount importance to us. We've taken a number of precautionary measures to protect our staff within recommended guidelines set out by the government and World Health Organisation. 


We're pleased to let you know that we're still taking orders online and aim to dispatch them within 1-2 days via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery.  


Delivery Process


Our preferred delivery partner is Royal Mail. They are committed to safely delivering packages across the UK and have implemented the following measures for the safe delivery of tracked and signed parcels:


  • Royal Mail will not be handing over their hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but will instead log the name of the person accepting the item.
  • The postman or postwoman will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, s/he will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.


Delivery Timescales


Royal Mail will continue to deliver the most comprehensive service they can to all our customers. However, as cases of coronavirus increase across the UK, Royal Mail are experiencing growing levels of employee absence due to illness and self-isolation. 


Royal Mail are working closely with approximately 11,000 Post Offices that remain open to provide another avenue – where appropriate – for you to access essential mail services.


However despite their best efforts, it's likely that some areas of the country will experience a reduction in service levels due to coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices. It's therefore possible that the 1st class recorded delivery service that we use as standard may take longer than between 1-3 days (which is what it usually takes) to deliver your parcels. 


***WE HAVE NOW UPGRADED ALL ORDERS TO NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR JUST £4.95 (USUAL COST £7.95) TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY FOR EID***


Changes to Next Day Delivery (Special Delivery)


Due to increased absence levels, Royal Mail have reviewed their timed guarantees for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am and 1pm the next working day services and have made the following changes:


  • Guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day will change to by 9pm the next working day. The cost for this service is still £7.95 £4.95 for Eid only. 


Please note, Royal Mail also offer Special Delivery Guaranteed by 12pm the next working day if you require your parcel sooner than 9pm in the evening. However, the cost for this service is significantly higher at £22.00 (we do not add any further charges to this).   • Individual pieces of jewellery - previously our popular REFLECT bangles were only available as a set of 3, but we have now split the set and introduced new colourways which can all be purchased individually.


  • Extended returns if necessary - our standard returns period is 30 days from receipt of your purchase, which should be sufficient enough to allow any item to be returned easily and safely. However, if this needs to be extended then please get in touch to let us know the details.
