  • What sizes do the REFLECT Bangles come in?

    The REFLECT Bangles come in a standard size which fits the vast majority of our customers and a small size for those with very slim wrists. Both sizes are fully adjustable and can be made smaller by gently squeezing together or bigger by gently pulling them apart. The REFLECT Bangles have been designed to be lightweight yet strong and will not bend out of shape when being adjusted for size.  


    If your wrist size is 14cm or smaller in circumference, you will require the smaller size. Simply place your order as usual on our website and email your order number to help@desertroseboutique.uk  so we can send out the smaller size. 


    PLEASE NOTE: ALL ORDERS ARE AUTOMATICALLY SENT OUT IN THE STANDARD SIZE UNLESS YOU GET IN TOUCH AND SPECIFY YOU NEED A SMALLER SIZE. 

  • What is the base metal of the REFLECT Bangles?

    The REFLECT Bangles are made from premium grade solid stainless steel which is hypoallergenic, lead-free and tarnish-resistant (please refer to care instructions). Two of the bangles are plated with 18K gold and rose gold and will last a long time if taken care of correctly. 


    The REFLECT Bangles have been designed to be lightweight yet strong and will not bend out of shape when being adjusted for size.  


  • Will the plating discolour or fade over time?

    The REFLECT Bangles are premium quality and will last for years if properly taken care of. Like all plated jewellery, care must be taken to avoid contact with all liquids, perfumes, detergents, creams and water.


    The best way to look after them is to keep them dry and buff with a soft, dry cloth to clean them if necessary (do not use any cleaning products). Store them in the box when not in use. 


    We do not recommend wearing whilst swimming, exercising or other strenuous activity. 


    Full care instructions are included with every bangle in the gift box. 

  • Does each REFLECT Bangle come in its own gift box?

    Yes, each REFLECT Bangle comes individually gift boxed, so you will receive three bangles and three gift boxes. 

  • Can I add a gift message to my order?

    Yes, we can include a handwritten note with your order. Please kindly email us at help@desertroseboutique.uk with your order number and gift message once you have placed your order. We can also remove the packaging slip so the recipient cannot see the purchase price. 


    We do not charge for this service.  

  • Can the REFLECT Bangles be purchased individually?

    The REFLECT Bangles are only available as a set of three and cannot be purchased separately. This is the only way we can offer such a great discount on the whole set.

  • Do you offer personalised engravings/messages on the REFLECT Bangles?

    Sorry, we do not offer personalised engravings and the REFLECT Bangles are only available as advertised.


    However, you could try high street jewellers for this service. 

  • How long does delivery take?

    Please allow between 3-5 working days for delivery in the UK. However, our aim is to dispatch much faster and usually we are able to do so. 


    We use Royal Mail as our delivery partner and dispatch via their First Class Recorded service which usually takes between 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch. However, sometimes it can take longer if the network is slow. If you require your order sooner, the safest option is to choose next day delivery which guarantees delivery by 1pm the next day (if placed between Monday and Friday by 1pm).    


    ***Please note, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed by Royal Mail as we have no control over timescales once a parcel leaves our premises.***  


    For international orders, please allow 7-10 working days. We also offer an express, 3-day service via DHL if required. Please get in touch with us first if you require this option.   

  • Do you have any retail stores?

    We do not have any retail outlets and only trade online.

  • Do you offer discounts on multiple sets?

    The REFLECT Bangles are already heavily discounted and we regret that we cannot offer further discounts. We do however run further promotional offers from time to time.

  • What is your refund/return/exchange policy?

    We offer a 30 day, no-risk return for the REFLECT Bangles. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return them for a full refund of the purchase price.  The bangles must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.  


    Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days. 


    Exchanges for a different size are sent out for free (no postage is charged) but you must bear the cost of the return back to us.  In the unlikely event that the REFLECT Bangles are damaged upon arrival, we will pay for the return postage back to us.
